    I have been very fortunate with this. I love to run and it has become a part of my life about five days a week even in the winter. Even without that I don’t have a car and probably spend at least an hour biking everywhere. One thing about living in a city with a bike culture is that a huge percentage of people are in excellent shape. I’m shocked when I visit NYC and see how many heavy and out of shape people there are.

    I’m very bad about gyms and exercises – it takes my own motion to motivate me.
